8月1日，华天酒店集团发布公告称，公司子二级控股子公司娄底华天酒店管理有限责任公司收到国家税务总局娄底市娄星区税务局下发的《税务事项通知书》经审批准予减免娄底华天房产税328.15万元，减征期间为2018年01月01日至2018年12月31日。
